In the aftermath of the devastating earthquake in Haiti last year, the Organization of American States has developed the OAS Emergency Scholarship Program for Haiti. The goal of this Program is to partner with OAS member and observer states, educational and philanthropic institutions and corporations to offer distance education scholarships to train Haitians living in Haiti for the immediate reconstruction of their country.
